Access pattern. Seller registration on GeM required (PAN, GST, MSME / Startup recognition where applicable). Two transaction modes: Direct Purchase (catalogue-based) and Bid / Reverse Auction (RFP-style). The Bid mode is the one with proper RFx documents.
