Privacy Policy

Plain-English summary.qlows uses your data to run the qlows app for you and nothing else. We do not train any AI model on your RFPs, your past proposals, or your team’s answers. We use no-training endpoints from our AI providers.

Who we are

qlows is operated by GrowthHackers LLC(“qlows”, “we”), a Wyoming-registered limited liability company at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. We operate the qlows web app and the qlows MCP. Reach us at hello@qlows.com.

What we collect

• Account data — your work email, the organization you signed up with, and authentication tokens.
• Workspace content — the RFPs, proposals, answers, and prep packs you upload or generate.
• Usage data — what features you use and when, so we can improve the product. Aggregated, not personally identifying.

What we do NOT collect

• We do not collect data to train AI models. Period.
• We do not sell or share your workspace content with third parties for advertising.

How we use your data

We use it to operate the qlows app for you: parse your RFPs, route questions to your team, hand off to your AI of choice via MCP. We use AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) under their no-training endpoint terms.

Where your data lives

EU and US data regions. You pick your region on signup. Data residency is enforced at the database layer.

Your rights (GDPR + similar)

• Access, export, rectify, or delete your data — write to us.
• Object to processing or withdraw consent.
• Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (e.g. your local Data Protection Authority).

Sub-processors

The current list of sub-processors (AI providers, hosting, analytics, email, payment) is published at /legal/subprocessors. Material additions are announced at least 14 days in advance to active accounts by email and reflected on that page.

Retention

We retain workspace content for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, content is purged within 30 days, except where we’re legally required to retain it (billing records).

Changes

Material changes to this policy are announced to active accounts by email. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
