Pricing FAQ
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Free gives you a week of Adaptive Tender Matching and your first RFP with full AI analysis, then two more RFPs in the manual workflow — no card required. You only enter card details when you upgrade to Solo.
How does billing work?
Stripe handles billing — monthly or annual, USD. Stripe Tax automatically adds VAT or sales tax for your region. EU B2B customers can enter a VAT ID at checkout for reverse-charge.
What's the annual discount?
Annual plans are 20% cheaper than 12 months of monthly. Charged once a year as a single Stripe invoice.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you don't lose paid days. Manage everything in the Stripe Customer Portal — no calls.
What counts as a 'deal'?
Each unique RFP / RFQ / tender / SOW you analyze in qlows. Re-uploading the same PDF doesn't double-count. Your monthly cap resets on the 1st of the calendar month (UTC).
What happens if I hit my deal cap?
You get a notice in-app and the option to upgrade. Free → Solo (10 deals/month, magic-link Q-Routing, AI on every RFP). Need more volume, more seats, or a self-hosted deployment where RFPs never leave your network? Book an Enterprise demo.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal at any time. Access continues until the end of your paid period, then drops to Free tier — your past deals stay accessible read-only.

We get it. Every incoming RFP, RFQ, or questionnaire carries your most sensitive intelligence — pricing strategy, technical methodology, customer history. qlows runs on Anthropic’s no-training API endpoints with strict per-tenant isolation and EU + US data regions.
Nothing you upload is ever sent to a third party for model training. For contractual privacy guarantees (no-training, no-retention, data-residency), reach out for Enterprise terms.
