Poland consolidated its public procurement onto one national system. Since 2021, under the reformed Public Procurement Law, e-Zamówienia is the mandatory electronic channel — for publishing notices, submitting bids, and all buyer–supplier communication — operated by the Public Procurement Office (UZP).
e-Zamówienia (ezamowienia.gov.pl).Poland’s official e-procurement platform. Below-threshold notices are published in its integrated Public Procurement Bulletin (BZP) module; above-threshold notices are transmitted simultaneously to TED. The platform covers the full lifecycle — notice, documents, Q&A, submission, and award.
The JEDZ.Poland’s ESPD implementation is the JEDZ (Jednolity Europejski Dokument Zamówienia) — the standard eligibility self-declaration.
Registration on e-Zamówienia is free. Electronic submission is mandatory and requires a qualified electronic signature (or, in some cases, a trusted profile / personal signature) that meets EU eIDAS standards. You download the SWZ (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia — the terms of reference), respond to the warunki (conditions), and submit through the platform. Documentation and bids are in Polish.
Try qlows on a Polish notice
Drop an SWZ into qlows and watch the warunki udziału and JEDZ grid build itself.
Bring a live Polish przetarg — we'll structure the requirements from the Polish source, in English.

- Ingest into qlows. The bundle is decomposed into a compliance grid — conditions of participation, award criteria, JEDZ rows — in English, Polish source preserved.
- Route open items to the right owners via a magic link each.
- Draft and submit with your qualified signature before the termin składania ofert.
