What it is. The official portal for all Irish public-sector tenders, operated by the Office of Government Procurement (OGP). Covers central government, local authorities, the HSE, the education sector, and semi-state bodies. Mirrors above-EU-threshold notices to TED automatically.
Access pattern.Free to read above- threshold notices anonymously; registration required to see the full ITT bundle, ask Q&A questions, and submit responses. Registration is fast (single supplier’s record, used across all opportunities).
Notice format.Each opportunity has a structured notice (CPV, value, deadline, lots) plus an attachment pack: the ITT document (PDF or Word), the ESPD (European Single Procurement Document) form, response templates, pricing workbook, and any technical schedules. For larger opportunities the ITT is supplemented by a buyer’s e-evaluation grid that must be completed in the portal.
